Delivery and after-sales
1. Delivery Time: Shipment within 7-15 business days after order placement (custom products are subject to separate arrangements based on production cycles and are subject to contract). Holidays may be postponed.
2. Shipping Method: By default, we ship by international express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) or ocean freight (volume ≥ 1 CBM). Details can be negotiated based on customer needs.
3. Packaging Standard: We use standard export packaging (cardboard with foam/wooden reinforcement) to ensure no damage during transportation. The outer box will be marked with the product model, quantity, and warning labels.
4. Inspection & After-Sales: Customers must inspect the goods within 3 business days of receipt. If any shortage or damage is found, we will provide photo/video evidence and assist in handling the issue. We will also work together to pursue liability with the carrier for any logistics issues.
5. Force Majeure: If delivery is delayed due to uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, policy changes, or logistics delays, we will promptly notify you and will not be held liable for breach of contract.
