Core Drilling Principle
The drilling rig operates by using power from the drill to drive the drill pipe and bit, obtaining deep core samples. Different rig types are available for various depths and strata.
Operation Guidelines
Installation: Prepare rock drilling cavern with appropriate dimensions (2.6-2.8m height for horizontal holes, 2.5m width for vertical/inclined holes). Install air/water pipelines and lighting. Securely erect columns with proper padding.
Pre-Operation Check: Verify all connections for leaks, check oil levels, ensure all fasteners are tight, and confirm column stability.
Drilling Procedure: Start motor, apply proper propulsion force, engage impactor, maintain proper air/water mixture. For continuous operation, reverse motor to disconnect/connect drill pipes as needed.
